Property Owners Association (POA)
The Canyon Park Property Owners Association (CPPOA) is governed by Members of the Board of Directors and the Architecture Review Authority. The Board is composed of five members with the offices of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Director. The Board members are elected by members of the Association at an annual meeting held in April. Each member serves for a period of two years. The Board meets each quarter at 10:00 AM at the clubhouse. Meetings are open to all property owners.
